Pennsylvania Qualifying Conditions

Pursuant to the passage of legalization of Medical Marijuana in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2016, there is a need for physicians to certify that patients qualify under the limited terms of what constitutes a “Serious Medical Condition” in Pennsylvania.  Currently, there are 23 conditions that are eligible for the use of Medical Marijuana.  Certifying Physicians, as determined by the State, have to attest that the patient has one of these conditions and then fill out a state generated form that will allow patients to get an identification card allowing them to purchase Medical Marijuana.  As such, I have taken the required courses and completed the State Certification and am allowed to certify patients to obtain their ID card.
